Who says leather shoes have to be serious? For Fall/Winter 2026, Camper introduces Floratopia, a collection where botanical inspiration meets unconventional footwear design. From embroidered flowers to deliberately mismatched details, the Spanish brand gives classic silhouettes a playful new personality without losing their everyday appeal.

The name Floratopia evokes an imagined floral paradise, combining a Latin root associated with flowers and a Greek suffix referring to a place. This concept comes to life in a campaign photographed by Anuschka Blommers and Niels Schumm, featuring dancers Emma Portner and Toon Lobach in a setting inspired by botanical research. Surrounded by herbariums and glass bell jars, the pair explore the collection as illustrated flowers by Erik Winkowski appear to grow directly from the shoes, creating a surreal meeting point between nature, art and fashion.

Throughout the collection, lilies, ranunculus, tulips and daisies appear as embroidery and prints across leather surfaces. Rather than simply decorating the shoes, these floral elements bring character to familiar designs, making traditional derbies and loafers feel less formal and more expressive.

The concept also connects naturally with Camper's TWINS philosophy, introduced in 1988. Built around the idea that the left and right shoes don't have to look identical, TWINS celebrates individuality through intentional differences. In Floratopia, asymmetrical floral motifs reflect the diversity of plant species, turning each pair into a subtle expression of contrast.

Among the highlights are the Dean TWINS derby and loafer, which combine classic footwear shapes with unexpected botanical details. Their appeal lies in their versatility: paired with wide-leg trousers, relaxed tailoring or straight-leg denim, they can introduce personality without overwhelming an outfit. A floral loafer with charcoal trousers and a simple knit, for example, offers an easy way to make understated menswear feel more distinctive.

The collection also includes the Casi Myra TWINS ballerina and introduces Right Left, a new hybrid heel that continues Camper's exploration of unconventional footwear shapes. Meanwhile, Alaro brings a more functional perspective to the season. Named after a village in Mallorca, the performance-focused winter design reflects the brand's balance between creative experimentation and practical wearability.

Another standout is Pelotas, the Camper icon first introduced in 1995. For Fall/Winter 2026, the familiar design returns as a boxing boot, bringing a sportier attitude and a higher-cut silhouette to the collection. Made in Europe and backed by a lifetime guarantee, the reworked Pelotas connects the brand's heritage with contemporary fashion's ongoing interest in athletic-inspired footwear.

From a styling perspective, Floratopia shows how a single pair of shoes can transform an otherwise simple look. Floral derbies or loafers work particularly well with neutral colors, relaxed trousers and minimal layering, allowing the footwear to become the focal point. For those drawn to a sportier aesthetic, the new Pelotas boxing boot offers an alternative to conventional chunky sneakers, especially when worn with loose denim or oversized outerwear.

With Floratopia, Camper finds fresh possibilities in familiar footwear. By combining botanical references, asymmetric details and reimagined classics, the Fall/Winter 2026 collection proves that a little unexpected character can go a long way in defining personal style.
